We offer Full Planning & Design services, Partial Planning, Day-of event management, and a la carte services that are tailored to your event needs.
Full Wedding Planning Plus*
With the stresses of your daily life, sit back and allow Parties in Motion Catering & Event Planning to handle every detail of your special day. This package is designed for the bride who needs assistance from beginning to end – with every detail precisely executed by Parties in Motion Catering & Event Planning..
The Parties in Motion Bride Package includes:
•Initial strategy meeting with the couple to determine budget, type of wedding desired, and to help us understand your personality, taste and style
•Unlimited e-mails and calls throughout the entire planning process (day or night)
•Location / Venue selection. Securing and finalizing details once the perfect site is chosen
•Vendor selection and negotiation for your Ceremony and Reception (florist, photography, videography, officiant, entertainment, hair and make-up artist, etc)
Assist in creating a detailed and realistic budget
•Create a personalized wedding checklist and provide a complete detailed calendar of events
•Bride’s binder to keep you organized
•Review vendor contracts
•Assist you in developing the type of ceremony you would like
•Etiquette Advisement
•Event design and décor suggestions for wedding theme, linens, favors, etc
•Accompany you to site inspections you would like us to attend
•Attend vendor meetings when necessary
•Schedule wedding night accommodations and ensure your room is ready upon arrival
Assistance with seating arrangements
•Create detailed wedding day itinerary for bridal party and vendors
•Act as a liaison between wedding party, family and vendors
•Coordinate and run wedding rehearsal (maximum 1.5 hours)
•Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors, etc
•Direct Ushers with seating and program distribution
•Negotiate group rates and block off hotel rooms for out-of-town guests
•Accompaniment to bride’s final gown fitting (as desired)
*Assist with cake selection
•Advise and assist you with menu selections
•Coordinate and assist you with your invitation selection and ordering
•Assist with the guest list (contact, inquire on RSVP status, etc)
•Arrange for printing of your ceremony programs
•Use of our wedding day Emergency Kit to provide quick fixes for unforeseen occurrences such as: a missing button, a stain on dress, a lost earring backing, a lint problem, etc
•Vendor payments schedule, for timely payments
•One week prior to your event, contact and go over the itinerary with your vendors
•Wedding Day Direction (oversee all details on your wedding day)
*Ensure marriage license and wedding rings are on hand
•Processional line-up and giving wedding party cues for when to walk
•Cue musicians
•Assist with wedding party or guests who have special needs
•Greet and instruct guests who arrive late
•Gathering wedding party and family members for pictures as needed
•Gathering and cue wedding party for grand entrance at the reception
•Greet vendors, coordinate set-up of the ceremony / reception and work side by side with your vendors
•Disperse final payments / gratuities as needed

Semi-Full Wedding Planning
For the couple who wishes to actively share in the planning or take on a portion of it themselves, then our Diva Package will give you the expertise and resources of a wedding professional while allowing you to obtain some of the providers and services on your own. This comprehensive package includes the following list of services.

Day of Wedding Coordination Package
This package enables you to enjoy the most magical day of your life, once you have planned every detail of your special day.
The Day of Package will include one consultation meeting (2 hours max) in person approximately two - four weeks prior to your wedding date to discuss all wedding details.
Wedding Rehearsal:
Rehearsal at the ceremony location with all bridal party members before the wedding day (1.5 hours) to ensure everyone is aware of their roles.
Wedding Day:
* Complete wedding day coordination
* Arrive early to ensure the set up is correct and complete
* Direct ceremony procession and activities
* Delivery and set-up of all ceremony and reception items such as Guest Book, Engagement Photo
Cake Set, Card Box, Toasting Glasses, Table Numbers, Seating/Place Cards, Favors, Candles, Additional Decor, etc.
* Delivery and set-up of all ceremony and reception items such as Guest Book, Engagement Photo,
* Greet vendors and oversee set-up of both the ceremony and reception
* Discuss reception activities with vendors involved and provide itinerary
* Distribute final payments/gratuities if needed to vendors on your behalf
* Keep activities on schedule per timeline
* Gathering of wedding party and family members for pictures
* Cue the DJ or musicians throughout the wedding day activities
* Ensure vendors provide the services as per their contract
* Personally assist the bride and groom
* Complimentary emergency kit on hand for any unforeseen circumstances
* In addition to professional wedding coordinator, one assistant will be present to insure wedding is managed efficiently.
